Jeremy Drew is a consultant in railway economics specialising in rail policy, regulation and commercial issues. He has worked in railways in more than 20 countries. Recent experience includes work on rail tariffs in Russia and Mongolia; arrangements for managing and financing a railway in Mozambique following the termination of a concession; a rail development strategy for Afghanistan; work on the UK “value for money” review of railways; and due diligence for the concessioning of High Speed One in the UK.
